Insurance

The driving school car will be fully insured and the driving instructor is also covered by Professional Indemnity to £3,000,000, Public Liability to £5,000,000.

Lesson fees

 

ELITE DRIVER TRAINING will give two weeks notice of any increase in lesson fees.
Payments by cheque will be made payable to Ian Sidaway.

Cancellations

ELITE DRIVER TRAINING reserves the right to charge for lessons that are cancelled within at least 24 hours of the planned lesson time. Exceptions to this rule are at the discretion of the Instructor.

Driving Test

ELITE DRIVER TRAINING reserves the right to withhold vehicles for the driving test, if in the opinion of the driving school the learner has not reached the required standard. The DSA test fee will be forfeited if 5 clear working days notice is not given to the DSA.

Appointments

All bookings are made on the understanding that the school is not responsible for the postponement of training due to traffic condtions, adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown or any other cause out of our control.
If in the view of the instructor, the pupil is unfit to drive safely due to self induced circumstances (e.g. Alcohol or Drugs) a cancellation charge will apply.

Personal Property

ELITE DRIVER TRAINING accepts no liability for personal property that is left in any training vehicle.
